have you ever installed ibus-unikey in elementary OS?

To start, you must install dconf-editor,
org\gnome\desktop\applications\input-sources

per-windows: checked
sources: [('xkb','us'),('ibus','Unikey')]
xkb-options []

now you use Crl + Space to switch language.
